I have got some small pimple like bulging growth filled with water like substance inside of my lower lip

It's called Mucocele, caused by injury to the lips. Can be removed by small surgery or through Laser.

This is quite likely a small cyst (fluid-filled cavity) associated with the minor (smaller) salivary glands in the lower lip. It could have happened due to an injury resulting from inadvertently biting in the lip.
