Some Infection in my ears

I have itching in my left ear which causes some dirt and blood to come whenever I use a cotton bud. It has been there for more than 4-5 year. I had taken the treatment for a month from KEM Hospital ENT Department long back when it started but didn't recover fully. I need help with this infection.

First of all don't do self cleaning get infected material tested with culture and sensitivity test and use specific antibiotics after getting culture test report. Till then take inj amikacin 500 mgm daily for 3 days plus tab zerodol p twice a day for 5days and tab montair lc once a day for 5days
