Some big spots behind the neck observed today. Would like to know what is the name of this allergic reactions. Has it come because of prawn or because of shampoo. There is no medical history. Seeing it for first time. Please check the attached picture.

Its a fungal infection. Must be there since some time now. Not an allergy definitely.
