Dear parents,
Next time better to comment on age of child. There is no rule to keep gap between fruits and breastmilk. If child is hungry,baby can have breast milk immediately. It depend on baby hungry status.
Usually we advise balance diet to children. Cereals, milets, pulses, fresh leafy vegetables, jaggery and meat are good source of iron.
Sometimes milk rich diet( not breast milk) causes iron deficiency.
So we advise to give small quantities of animal milk or formula milk per day.
