Hi, My baby entered her 9th month ..shal i give her paneer ,she can be to digest?? and also mushroom.please suggests.

You so early? She has all the time in future to have them!!. If you still wanna give ,then give her paneer after thoroughly mashing.. But strict no for mushroom are it is known to cause allergies...

Well paneer is like any other cow milk product. So it should be fine. For mussoroom you have to be careful and probably can wait till 1 year.
