Start with liquid diet like rice water, Dal water, fresh juice, top milk, continue breast feeding

At this age,give 1 solid meal including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home,and 1 top formula feed and 4-5 breastfeeds. Ensure that you give water only after the solid meal.
