Does soft tissue injury ever fully heal. I got injured 90 days ago.Bone has healed in xray but muscle around that area when pressed still paining.As I can check muscle are just repaired not replaced so can this take year?

Try hot and colf fomentation along with some with minor exercises for the same Kindly connect, will need a more detailed histroy of injury along with your symptoms currently.
