I did neck ultrasound in 2019 for same and it was normal. I was bathing and then see this again. It is not visibl when i am standing straight but show when i lift my handup. Showing standing and hand lift photo It is neck attack kind.. I was 87kg in 2019 and now 95kg. What can be this.. i am bit scared and i know only ultrasound can tell but with mine above description...what does it look?? It comes ONLY when i move my handup or shoulder up. You can get a repeat ultrasound and if needed the radiologist would suggest an MRI. Based on the description, it seems like a lipoma which is usually benign and you can ignore it if it’s not causing any trouble
