Soft lump in back

I feel a soft painless lump in back but from one week I m feeling pain in this and it a slight growth also appearing

This seems to be an infected sebaceous gland ( a gland which produces lubricant for skin ) ,Do hot water fomentation ,try to sqeeze the gland with thumb and index finger gently ;also you can apply some pressure to sqeeze between finger and thumb -Take Tab.Azax-500 mg once a day for 3 days ;Tab.Signoflam 2 times a day after meals for 3 days -Ask me on tel.98 11 03 1 656 ( No charges )
