Socially nervous

I've always been a shy person but over the past 6 months I've been finding it really hard to socialize and connect with people it's now got to the point where I can't leave the house or even meet once close friends, I feel as if when I do I'm always being judged or I am embarrassing myself, due to this I have now lost friends and I constantly feel alone and depressed. My heart races and blood rushes through my body when I am in social situations or even at the thought of having to meet with or talk to people.

The first step you need to do is just ask yourself "How much I judge myself" people can read only what you show to them. So if you think you are no good that's the vibes people will get and think the same about you. "Accept yourself the way you are" There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. You are unique,  special and there is no other living creature like you.  Learning to love yourself first will give you ample of confidence and ease your social distress. Being shy or introvert is as normal as being outgoing or extrovert. So tell yourself you are perfect
