Sir,  my parents have this habit of snoring . My father has it for years and my mother started snoring for some months .she even snore when she is not even sleeping just resting.

Hi Snoring is due to some obstruction in the upper airways... Kindly consult ENT specialist to look for cause and treat accordingly....
