In 2011 i go through sinus surgery actually nose expands so doctor cut that bone. After this surgery I'm facing this issue. Snoring is very high. Non tolerable for others.

You seem to have undergone septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery. It is unlikely that surgery is the cause for your snoring.
