I am unable to breath properely and heavy snoring 24/7 cold n running nose, little bit difficult in smell recognization. I have gone through some diagnose the RESULT is DNS WITH BIL.TURBINATES HYPERTROPHY, MILD RIGHT MAXILLARY AND RIGHT POSTERIOR ETHMOID SINUSITIS. so plz suggest me right treatment.
