Continuously sneezing  in the morning as soon as I wake up and sneezing while cooking its been for Almost 2 years had citrizen tablets and some ayurvedic medication it was completely cured while taking medicines after that again it started

I suggest you to take steroid nasal sprays for sneezing control. Also a allergy test can be done to find out the cause of the problem and decide on allergy vaccination or avoidance
