Sneezing | Chest Pain | Nose Blocked
Hi , 5 days before when i woke up and take a deep breath i got right side little pain.
After one day i got sneezing and nose blocked.
Now chest pain is gone totally but have little fever and nose blocked.
What would be the reason ? Is it viral?
I have also too mich dry mouth and nose also
