I have started sneezing and running nose from yesterday. I used to get it often .The phlegm is white in colour. No other problems. Can I take Alerid 10mg tablet. Please suggest the dosage.

yes you can take alerid 10 (ceterizine). take it once a day only. take steam inhalation also two to three times a day.
