My son is 1 year old, since last many days, he is getting cold, runny nose, it is difficult to breathe at night, there is a sound from the throat at night, Dr. has given him Snizvel syrup (cetrizine paracetamol and phenylephrine), prescribe to give 4 times a day? can  I give this
