Hello dr i was a smoker smoked 6,7yr nd i have left smoking 6 7 month gone but today i smoked one ciggratte brand black and i am feeling guilty for that now how much that oje ciggratte will effect now will it effect on looks face health weight lungs

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since you feel so bad now, do not smoke any further now. What happened has happened. Have a high protein diet, lots of greens and fruits and exercise daily. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
