From last 3-4 months, I can smell some weird odour through my underwear. Checked thyroid, diabetes and urine..all reports are normal. No problem, discomfort or pain while passing urine. Taking same water intake like before...what could be the cause ?

Pls comment on is there any leakage of urine?,  while laughing , coughing ,  lifting of stuff like heavy utensils bucket etc

Cause could be from vagina or bladder. As reports are normal Most common reason appears to be Bacterial vaginosis( usually asymptomatic and causes odour)
