Parenthesis after wisdom tooth removal is usually self resolving. Foul smell is not related to parasthesia

No, Paresthesia and bad breath doesn't have any direct relation. Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

Foul smell from mouth is often not only related to teeth it can even be caused due to deposition on the tongue make sure to clean your tongue every time you brush. Dehydration can also cause smell try consuming enough fluid

Hi, Parasthesia will take 6 months to 9 months to come back to normal. Suggest you meet a dentist and clinical examination done. Get an x-ray taken for the root canal treated tooth.
