There are some small pimples or white rash kind of thing on my upper lips. Today only I saw it and had not observed before . What is it ? Shall I go see doctor immediately ? Or anything if u please suggest.

These are called Fordyce spots are whitish-yellow bumps that can occur on the edge of your lips or inside your cheeks. The spots, also called Fordyce granules or Fordyce glands, are enlarged oil glands. They are completely normal, harmless, and painless. For cosmetic reasons Treatment can be done.
