If its not painful and increasing in size, can wait and observe. Might be just a conjunctival cyst. After the lockdown consult nearby ophthalmologist.
Next Steps
Closely observe for increase in size / redness/ pain
Health Tips
Avoid rubbing eyes, use lubricant eye drops

According to given history I guess it's a conjunctival cyst. Best way to deal with it is to give cold compress to the affected eye 3 times a day for 30 seconds for at least a week. Do not rub the eye.
Next Steps
Start with in the affected eye: (1). Eyedrops Flogel / Eyedrops Genteal / Eyedrops Refresh Tears (Any one of these) 3 times a day for 15 days (2). Eyedrops Lotepred LS 3 times a day for 3 days 2 times a day for next 3 days 1 time a day for next 3 days
Health Tips
Keep a gap of 15 minutes between the two Eyedrops.
