My son got a wound on his knee which is healed now but left with a small thick portion on knee which doesn't pain. What should I do.

It should be scar tissue from the wound. If the wound has healed and you have had it treated well,to make sure there is no foreign body in that, then applying moisturing cream and gently massaging it will improve it.
