There is a small nodular swelling on my right hand between radius and ulna..when i am pressing over it its hurting ..and when am doing hand twisting while doing cooking and all its aching.This swelling came suddenly but not increasing in size

It can be a ganglion(usually it doesn't hurt). You should clearly mention the swelling is on which aspect(ventral or dorsal). Get a xray and usg done of the local site. clinical examination needs to be done.
