My ultrasound result shows Right kidney 7.5 × 3.2 cm Left kidney 7.9 × 4.2 cm Also I had horse shoe kidney. My creatinine and uric acid levels are normal. Reports are attached. Why can my kidneys be small? Please explain

This is normal with horseshoe kidney. Just keep regular follow up
