Mild Small red spots in penis head and shaft which comes and goes, currently I am having this outbreak every 2 weeks, I showed it to dermatologist and he told me it was bcs if overhygeine and recommended me some moisturizer, I still get this outbreak, doesn't itch but i get a strange feeling around the tip. What can this be?
