My daughter is 3+ years old ,she is getting small small pimples on her legs and near bum . Kindly suggest

Could be mosquito bite allergy Also should rule out viral infections like chicken pox etc.. Some questions has to be answered like are there any fluid filled rashes ? Fever ?
