Small pimple like on my 2 yr old's body

Hello, On my 2 year old kid's full body there are small pimple like appearance. We suspect it's an allergy, he has itching sensation. It's there since mostly 2 weeks. Can anyone please confirm if this is because of allegy Or a chicken pox. If it's an allery what can i do to cure it. He does not have any other side effects except itching. Pictures attached for your reference. Thanks in advance.
