Small patch on ankle

I have a small patch on my ankle present for a few months. It does not itch, does not hurt, and hasn’t grown significantly. The skin looks darker than the surrounding area with a few tiny dark dots/marks inside it (almost like healed spots or old insect bites). The area feels slightly dry and discoloured, but there is no bleeding, crusting, pain, or change in shape. No symptoms on other parts of the body. I want to confirm whether this is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, old insect bite marks, or something else.

Don't worry...you are suffering from eczematous dermatitis causing this patch... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
