Small lump in lower inner lip
My father has this small lump in inner lower lip since last one year.Neither increasing , nor have any pain. size is constant since 1 year
history
He is a non smoker, non drinker, not chewing any paan, or guthka or khaini.
Non diabetic non hypertensive..Not on any medicine and not have any disease even in 73 years
PLEASE ADVICE ANYTHING TO WORRY FOR THIS LUMP OR NOT AND WHAT IS THE CAUSE

Is it painful? I would consult a dentist and biopsy would be a good option just to rule out all the possibilities. Mostly there would be nothing but why take a chance.....better to consult once so the dentist can make sure if he's biting on that Lip repeatedly which is causing the problem

I think it is either fibroma or mucocele.
Both the condition are non- serious but there are chances of post operative infection
I suggest you to with time get biopsy done for confirmation
