Hi there... Thanks for a clear pic. It appears to be some sort of viral examthem.. either verrucae (viral warts) or molluscum contagiosum. Both need to be addressed in person and removed either with creams, acids, electrofulguration, lasers etc as per the Dermatologist you consult.
