Small collection in sphenoid sinus
I have deviated nasal septum towards left and ct pns shows i have collection in my right sphenoid sinus. I want to know how will i manage this?
Hello I'm Dr Nikita Iyer. If you have a deviated nasal septum to left and right sphenoid sinus collection then we need to increase the drainage on the right side.

You can start on Fluticasone nasal spray in both nostrils by directing the nozzle laterally when inside the nose and take an antihistaminic.
You need to follow up with an ENT doctor after 20-25 days if there is no improvement in symptoms for a nasal endoscopy or repeat CT scan to see the status. If there is no improvement in status of the scan then surgery might have to be considered.
