Pus culture and sensitivity testing n taking medications accordingly ll help you towards cure.information regarding duration n associated fever, body pains, involvement of mucosa not provided. I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist urgently to start treatment appropriately.Don't use over the counter drugs from which you get temporary relief but the underlying disease progresses mean while.
