Hello dr,my 9 year child had surgical circumcision before 2 months  dr.given rapid vicryl sutures the sutures fall out.... But the small granular structures still present adjacent to his  private part ring ... It's not getting enlarged but not looking good andnot getting flatten also little pain my child is having when the cloth touching to his ridge .... we r worrying I'm attaching the image kindly have a look And  let me know how much time will it take more to flatten these bumps ...thank u ...
