Hi, I have small bumps all over my face, especially over the forehead and cheeks. Started after marriage and me shifting to new area. Here we have hardwater, not sure if it is related. I used antifungal facewash which helped a little bit these bumps keep coming back. After facial, it is better but not resolved. No pus. Small bumps, no pain redness or itching. I never had acne problems just few pimples during menses but now my skin has completely changed with spots also. Please help with some medicine and skin care. Fyi, I have oily skin and dry skin. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
