3 weeks ago I had diarrhea and was under medication of Lactobacillus and after that I had infection in my vaginal valve. And it's still there I have itching and small bumps inside of labia.

There is nothing known as the "vaginal valve". Please consult a Gynaecologist with the sonography or clinical examination report where the "vaginal valve" has been diagnosed.
