Small bump on eye like Granuloma

Here’s the short, corrected version: --- I had pterygium surgery 1 month ago. After 1 week, a small bump appeared where the pterygium was removed.  It shrinks little when I use steroid ointment, but comes back after in its original shape. My doctor suggested using steroid eye drops for another month. Should I wait, or will I need surgery again?  If surgery is needed, will it require autografting like the first pterygium surgery?

You need to continue with steroid drops for sometime with very slow tapering This looks to be happening most likely due to inflammation and doesn't seem like it will need revision surgery Please continue steroid drops under ophthalmologist supervision as eye needs to be monitored while you undergo steroid therapy If you have started with dexamethasone then after tapering dexamethasone you have to start loteprednol and later fluorometholone so that steroid concentration is very gradually lowered in your eye If in case you do need surgery some additional measures will be needed to prevent such a thing in future - that depends on what was the exact procedure done in first case
Next Steps
Start steroid therapy under ophthalmologist supervision
