Small brown patches on arms and chest

Some Small brown circular patches have been appearing on my body since January 2021. At first I didnt paid attention to it thinking it might be some scar or thing like that but now I have realised that they have spread to almost all my upper chest. It do not cause any itching or any thing but they have spread to my chest, shoulder arms and hands I just want to know what are these
