Small bowel loops prominent and gaseous pattern is not normal. However,it occurs due to excessive gas formation due to indigestion and bacterial fermentation of poorly digested food in Intestine.  So,this is not very remarkable finding or very serious disease.  But needs food habit change. Regular meal time, avoidance of dairy products if lactose intolerant, healthy balanced diet.
