Small blood coming while spitting

Hello doctors, Small blood coming from my mouth while spitting without any cough in afternoon Time .I observed this two times, first time two months back and now.I don't have any pain or fever.why it is coming ?is there any issue.can anyone help me on this and give clarification.Thank you in advance. I got fever along with some minor joint pains came one week back and normal now.
