Small blind pimple bump on upper chest

Hello doctor i am having small blind pimple like bump on upper chest since 3 months initially there was pain and swelling so applied neosporin and soframacyin ointment pain and irritation subsided but now there is no pain but it has left a dark scar and still feel small bump under it I feel an small sac  under it .can I apply any cream remove that small bump and discoloration. As of now I am applying benzac ac at night and nilac gel in morning please guide me how to bring it to head and clear discoloration of skin
