Hello doctors... I had 2 year old baby. She pooping hard stool. Small amount of blood came in stools. Her poop is very hard. 2 times came small amount of blood came in stool. Is it serious?

It's functional constipation, give first thing in the morning solids and after take her to potty and sit for 5 minutes this will evacuate daily stool without becoming hard, meanwhile for blood it may be fissure hence consultation needed.

Most likely it is because of hard stools Minimise milk based diet, introduce fibre rich food, plenty of water If these measures dont help, syrup lactulose can be given with consultation Thanks

No . May b due to hard stool . Give laxopeg sachet 8.7 g in glass of water twice daily for 2 days . Give water more and fibre rich diet like spinach rice , apple Puree . Kichidi
