I have small pimples on my forehead since yesterday and it isn't itchy. I have thyroid and pcod. I used to struggle with acne issues in the past but it has been years now and my skin felt much better. I use vicco and nuetrogrna face cream and baby soap.

They could be due to seborrhoea or due to humid weather. Consult your dermatologist who will evaluate the acne based on it stage , location and thus provide proper management

Forehead acne is usually white head also known as comedones. Dandruff, oily scalp, if u tie ur head with a scarf, cap or hat can lead to acne on forehead. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management.
