Small acne all over the face
Hi,
I have got small acne all over my face. It does not burn, no redness or any other harm, just looks bad on my face. This is since very long time.
Initially I was told it was due to hormonal imbalance. Never did any medications.
Heard facial clean ups might help.
Please suggest.
