Hi.. It's very unlikely  for a men in ur age group  to get Poor flow of urine due to Prostate..  As u have mentioned  that ur taking tamsulosin  which is given in BEP patients.. I suggest  u get proper work up for ur condition with Uroflow +Pvr USG KUB Urine routine serum creatinine If required RGU +MCU Urodynamic study  if all other reports  r normal
