Slight stomach ache

Asked for Male, 48 Years

I am 50 year old. I am suffering from stomach pain (mild) since two days, I took one reciper 40 and one antispasmodic tablet and got relief. Bis this common during winter days? Can u kindly suggest tablet for 2-3 days. I feel gastric issue or something like over food. But i took usual food only. Mot sure. Please help Thank you all.
