I feel slight pain in the ear while removing the wax , so can I use otorex ear drops or other ear drops?Please suggest me

Please use Waxolve ear drops to dissolve the wax & the gently remove it or it is best to go to ENT Specialist first time & then regularly clean it. Take care not to damage tympanic memebrane
