Slight left breast pain on any movement

I am experiencing slight pain in my left breast after I got up from sleep 2 days back (Today is the 3rd day). I am a bit overweight and have not been wearing a bra while sleeping. I can feel the pain only when I make any movement with my body. It is not there when I am still. I am feeling quite uncomfortable even though the pain is not severe or continuous as of now. Please advise as I am very scared since I have breast cancer history in my family.
