My husband is having slight fever since morning, He is feeling cold and having body ache as well

Just take tablet crocin..or paracetamol..observe for one more day..don't take any Antibiotics now.
Next Steps
can u tell me further symptoms..I will wait for a word for you for further sypotoms if he develops any with help of practo.
