Hi sir, the symptoms of fatigue since 4 days and fever on the last day can be related to an acute febrile illness. With the symptoms provided and if there are no associated symptoms, its better to get evaluated with certain blood investigations. The fever and tiredness can have dehydration and electrolyte imbalance
Next Steps
1... Hydrate yourself ( to prevent/ reduce electrolyte imbalance) 2..Give blood investigations for Complete Blood count, CRP, serum electrolytes,     serum creatinine if reduced urine output 3...Take tablet paracetamol for the fever every 6th hourly. 4...Tepid sponging with lukewarm water
Health Tips
1..Increase the intake of water 2.After giving the blood sample for investigations Include more fruits like papaya, pomegranate, kiwi, coconut water, salt lemon water 3. include more easily digestible foods

Any recent contact with Corona positive patient knowingly or unknowingly?, if yes then you need to see doctor immediately. For time being take Tab Paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
